Samantha Vince

I have worked in the UAE's pet and equine industries for 15 years, with experience in wholesale, nutrition, retail, equine logistics, pet care - the past seven years in management and leadership roles. I was a founding member of the Dubai Chambers Business group for Veterinary, Pet Industry and Animal Welfare (VPIAW) and additionally managed the kennels sector: identifying and adopting innovative industry practices, developing quality care standards and championing for ethical & sustainable practices in the UAE's pet and veterinary industry.

Having previously managed and scaled an award-winning Daycare & Boarding facility in Dubai, I am deeply passionate about setting standards in the industry. At Physio Evolution, I hold a particular focus on partnerships, education and expanding innovation in the sector, and it's a privilege to work with other dedicated professionals who care so deeply about their mission in animal care.

Day-to-day, I wear most of the non-clinical hats at Physio Evolution: making sure the team has the strongest foundation in support and growth, alongside the facilities needed to provide the best care available to pet owners in the region.

Spending each day surrounded by the knowledge of such a specialised team is extremely rewarding. They know this field inside out and they're generous with what they know: with owners, veterinarians, and whoever else may be so lucky! My job is just to give them the space and the resources to keep doing that - and in turn make sure that as many animals as possible receive the benefit.
