Registration Prior to use of any Physio Evolution services we require the following;

1. Online registration.

2. A copy of your pet’s updated vaccination record & microchip number can be uploaded to the registration form, emailed to Physio Evolution on info@physio-evolution.com or sent via WhatsApp to +971(0)56-226-7099.

 

Vaccination & Health Requirements

To be on-site at Physio Evolution, your pet must be fully vaccinated as per the following:

 

Dogs

• Rabies*  

• Canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Para-influenza virus (DHPPI)*

 

*24 hour waiting period required after vaccination has been administered

 

Cats

• Rabies 

• Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (Tri-Cat) 

• Flea & Internal Parasite Control

 

NOTE: Every guest must be under an effective form of flea & tick control treatment. 

 

Safety Rules

Dogs must be on a leash at all times during drop off and pick up.

 

Payment & Cancellation 

Physio Evolution accepts payments through cash, credit/debit card and bank transfer.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. If cancellation is not provided at least 24 hours in advance, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged to the client account. In cases of your pet becoming acutely unwell and unable to attend a vet report should be provided.

 

Photographs and recording Dogwalk and Physio Evolution has your permission to use your pets’ visual image(s) and recorded material in newsletters, website, posters, on social media platforms and other means of distribution for marketing and other purposes. 

 

HYDROTHERAPY

Physio Evolution asks that you gain consent from your vet prior to undertaking hydrotherapy and disclose any and all medical conditions of your pet.

 

Basic visual health checks are carried out before each hydrotherapy treatment. If the Hydrotherapist thinks that your dog is unwell, treatment will not commence. You will not be charged for this session. 

 

Based on the above, whilst every care is taken of the dogs undergoing treatment, all dogs receive hydrotherapy and physiotherapy entirely at their owner’s risk, based on their discussions with their own vet.

 

Dogs with infections or contagious conditions, such as kennel cough, parvovirus, ear, eye or skin infections or wounds, or suffering with any sickness or diarrhea will not be swum. Owners are advised to cancel all appointments with at least 24 hours notice, until the condition is clear. Normal cancellation conditions apply.

 

Physio Evolution cannot be held responsible for consent from a vet not being gained by owner or medical information not being disclosed in order to assess safe suitability to participate in hydrotherapy.

 

Bitches in season will not be able to attend sessions until their season has finished. Normal cancellation conditions apply.

 

Owners are required to notify us if, during the course of treatment, the dog’s condition or injury worsens, or if the vet advises that the treatment is stopped or suspended. 

 

Owners are requested not to feed their dog at least 2 hours prior to the appointment. 

 

Owners should ensure their dog has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet before entering the hydrotherapy Center. 

 

It is important for dogs to be properly dried after hydrotherapy treatment. We will rough towel dry but suggest owners can bring a further towel to dry as needed if their dogs have longer hair, or if the weather is cooler. Prior booking with Dogwalk (0528610990) for drying by their groomers can be arranged.
